ESA announced the following new and revised sections to the School Emergency Response Plan and Management Guide (red book) on January 29, 2014. DC Public Schools has approved each of these additions for use and implementation; other LEA’s should review and edit the contents to conform to their procedures. *** This update provides instructions for placement in the red book.***
