The primary purpose of the DCPS Exposure Control Plan is to provide protection to all human health within the school system, pursuant to, the US Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) standards and DC government solid waste management rules.
